OK sent a email to support@presonus.com and explained the issue. And got this auto-reply:

We apologize for the inconvenience; please log in to your account and create a support ticket via our support portal.
Where I can't log in...
What a f**king clown show.
How on earth do you contact this company?
They actually replied to the email I sent to support 5 days ago and created a ticket in the support system at my.presonus.com(!!!).
Just got this email: This is an e-mail to check in with you concerning your support xxx with PreSonus Technical Support. Our records show that we have not heard from you in 5 days. NOTE: If you are still in need of assistance, please respond to xxx) with in the next 72 hours (3 days), this will set the ticket back to "Open" status until we have had a chance to review your response, or this issue will be considered closed.
Of course I can’t respond to the ticket, since I can’t log in to read it — as I clearly wrote in the email to support.
Are they seriously this incompetent?
