OK sent a email to support@presonus.com and explained the issue. And got this auto-reply:

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience; please log in to your account and create a support ticket via our support portal.


Where I can't log in...

What a f**king clown show.

How on earth do you contact this company?

They actually replied to the email I sent to support 5 days ago and created a ticket in the support system at my.presonus.com(!!!).

Just got this email: This is an e-mail to check in with you concerning your support xxx with PreSonus Technical Support. Our records show that we have not heard from you in 5 days. NOTE: If you are still in need of assistance, please respond to xxx) with in the next 72 hours (3 days), this will set the ticket back to "Open" status until we have had a chance to review your response, or this issue will be considered closed.

Of course I can’t respond to the ticket, since I can’t log in to read it — as I clearly wrote in the email to support.

Are they seriously this incompetent?
 
Is it just me who didn’t receive the email?
No, it's not just you. No email here. I found a reference to PreSonus' post on Reddit.

Since I was able to get back into my account, Studio One now stalls on loading a project and puts up a dialog box informing me that S1 cannot locate Specturalayers. After I hit “OK”, the project them loads up OK. The strange thing is as S1 starts it seems to load the Specturalayers ARA plug-in loads fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

SpectraLayers version? macOS version? (yes, I read your sig but you never know).
Did you upgrade SpectraLayers in the midst of all this?

Thanks for responding. The Studio A signature is up to date. No changes were made in Studio One or Specturalayers or the MacOs in any way…it was the same before and after the log in issues were resolved in Studio One. The Specturalayers version is 12.0.30. I had no issue with Specturalayers ARA loading prior to the issues with log in. Having to log on with the Fender user credentials started the issue it appears.
 
SpectraLayers 12.0.30 does not officially support macOS Tahoe 26.0.1.

But lets forget that and also ignore for a moment that it seemingly worked for you prior to the log in issues.

Go to this post on the SpectraLayers forum, understand it and then see if you can use the info given to troubleshoot your issue.

Make sure to wrap up by performing a "Remove plugin settings" procedure in Studio One and a full reboot of the Mac before reporting back that the link didn't do anything for you. Fingers crossed.

Thank you very much! That did the trick. I searched the SpectraLayers forum looking for a solution and did not find that thread. I hope this thread will help others that start experiencing the same issue. Again, thank you very much!
