If you are having a problem logging into Studio One, please take a look at this article

I have logged into fender and my account is available however when logging into presonus us I get the following message..
And I have tried resetting the password but it gives me the same.
Are you using the same e-mail address for both accounts? If so then use your Fender password to log on to your PreSonus account. No resetting required.

That, and make sure no password manager is overruling your entries.

Seeing a few users on Reddit now stating that their "order history" is blank and if they were a subscriber (PRO+) - they are now also locked out of Studio One.

A specific user that I am communicating with says his Presonus Account login is FINE. But he insists his order history is blank and this in turn is now somehow impeding his ability to use Studio One.

First he gets this:

Followed by this:

Also says he sent a support request up to 72 hours ago - and has heard nothing.

Do we have a new problem now? Or just a variant of an earlier challenge?

I think that they're trying to duplicate Bitwig's annual "update" fee for perpetual license holders, but have royally botched the backend. And to just arbitrarily end updates for existing v7.2.2 license holders who have been buying major version upgrades (from v2 for me), with minor updates included until the next major version release is complete B.S. I pay for Bitwig's annual update plan, which includes major version releases, but I'm finished with SO Pro. The recently released native Windows ARM version still has issues and I can't update v7.2.2 ARM on my Surface Pro Snapdragon Elite X mobile system without spending 149 € for minor ARM v7 bug fixes. So? Uninstalled. Bitwig Studio runs great on both my studio Intel i9 and my mobile ARM computers, so I think I'll just stick with that. This is a real shame since I like @Lukas 's Scoring Tools, Harmony Wizard and Navigation Essentials scripts. Sigh.

If you have the S1 v7.2.2 you can update freely to any S1 v7.2.x
