Check for Updates

Is anyone else having trouble checking for updates in Studio One Pro?

When I hit “Check for updates . . . “ a window appears for me to log in; why is this even necessary? I just want to check for updates.

And when I give it my email address and password it tells me “Incorrect”.

And when I select “Log in via Presonus website” it does take me to the website but when I enter my [same] email address and pw the circular tail-chasing busy icon just spins and spins.

What is going on?

Not able to login into presonus account

Hi, I have recently subscribe to presonus , and able to install studioone 7 and working till today morning fine, but suddenly i am not able to login into presonus website , it says it should link to fender one time sign in account , when i enter my credentials it is saying "user does not exist"...

Cannot start Studio One or login to my.presonus.com

WTF The client was sitting next to me, watching me try to fix the issue. Studio One crashed, and I couldn't resolve the problem. I couldn't log in to my.presonus.com either. Resetting my password failed, too. WTF, PreSonus.
