I'm still unable to log into my PreSonus account. When I enter the correct password, it gives me the ridiculous error "PreSignUp failed with error UserExists." But when I enter the wrong password, it correctly tells me the password is incorrect. If I try to register again, it says the account already exists. And when I attempt to reset the password, it claims the account doesn't exist.

I’ve just experienced that exact same scenario
 
I just tried to login to presonus with my fender studio details. That let me in but it hasn’t linked to my presonus account. Looks like I just have a fresh account with no products or subscriptions linked to it…that’s not good 😳

I had a very similar issue today. Wouldn’t let sign on as it kept saying password incorrect when it worked just fine a few days. So I tried several different browsers, and I completely disconnected from the internet and tried it again. (Turning off Microsoft virus app)

Then I tried it again in Chrome, with a big no go. Then I tried the Microsoft browser again and this time, I got a message saying an email was sent with a code to log into Fender in order to change my password. I used the ‘suggested strong password’ as generated by Microsoft, put in the code and was told all was good.

Logged out, then back into the fender site which took me allowed me to log into my account. I had to leave the studio at that point and will make an effort to make sure I can log in.

PreSonus won’t let me just delete my credit cat info as I don’t really need the few Sounders or splice.

Frankly I don’t get the lack of transparency with my PreSonus account as I was used

This is crazy batshit. I can't log in cause it tells me to use my Fender account which I don't have one 😡
 
I also have no Fender account (never needed one, as I'm no guitar player). But fortunately, I can still log in to My Presonus. I hope that stays this way.
 
Attempt to login to mypresonus.com. It may ask with an overlay for you to change your password to include (upper case letter/number/special character/minimum 8 characters) and then when you restart S1, enter the same credentials and you will get in.
Worked perfectly on Win11 with SO7.2.2.
Check that all of your products are listed, or that the account avatar is correct (upper right corner of the URL).
Presonus is migrating all accounts to a combined Fender/Presonus account status, and Fender has long required stronger passwords.

Maybe this is the reason why my credentials for my.presonus still work: my passwort is extremely complex and includes everything that Fender demands for passwords. So Fender could create an account for me using my Presonus credentials without any changes. Maybe they already created one, but I didn't try to login yet.

When I try to launch it come up with an error "The License Has Expired". Then it brings up a pop up (below). When I tick "Activate My Purchased Product it brings up my activation key. When I enter it it still comes up "This License Has Expired".
Tried all of this above nonsense. When will a real fix be available?
Funny thing: Version 6 still works.

EDIT- You guys have been having issues as early as this past Tuesday 10/7. I was on Studio One yesterday 10/9 and it was working fine. At the end of my session, before shutting my PC down I was prompted to run a Windows 11 update. I didn't run Studio One since. Maybe the Windows Update broke something.

I just checked my login and it's all good BUT....still a bit confused about this.

The program itself says one thing (regarding my annual update plan):

Per this screen - my update plan should be already expired (today)

However when I log into MyPresonus account - says I have an extra day (tomorrow):

I am a perpetual license holder so I am not expecting any sudden expiries that will ask for a logon etc but the lack of consistency here is a tad strange...

Hey! I was going to roll back my Windows 11 update but checked one more time. It now works!! (for now, at least)
What did I do right (wrong)?

To say that the lack of consistency is a tad strange is putting it mildly.

Studio One suddenly deactivated itself and can’t be reactivated: “Username and password are incorrect.”

I reset my password on mypresonus.com, but the site hangs every time I try to log in.

When I tried signing in on fender.com, it said “Password incorrect.”

Using the “Forgot password” link returned “Sorry, we can’t find a Fender Connect account with that email.”

When I tried to create a new Fender account, I got “It looks like you already have a Fender account.”

How do you contact support when you cannot log into mypresonus???

What an absolute mess.

UPDATE: I guess they fixed it it seems.
I have the same issue. I know I was Eligible for all updates until Oct 10, 2025, but why has My perpetual license stopped working?? I am pissed! I use Studio one Everyday! I made a support ticket. This is crazy.

Currently I have no problems launching Studio One or logging into my.presonus. But my subscription will expire in 2 months. I hope they'll get this fixed until then.

I must of missed this one, but the ref: to expiry date is as @Vocalpoint has highlighted in the graphic above.

Been able to log in without any problems over the last couple of day's and SO1 is fully OK ?

If it's sorted I'm sure Lukas will slap a green Solved on his post.

same here, I just can't login: when prompted to merge the accounts the next window freezes here
This also means I can't even open a ticket to let Presonus know I have this issue (as suggested by P itself in case the "login from Presonus website" doesn't work)

Thankfully tho I'm able to open S1 by simply skipping the login prompt so I can continue working.

Hope this will get sorted soon and hopefully @Lukas can reach out to the team and let them know we're stuck in this loop.

UPDATE

I randomly tried an incognito web session and was able to solve it just now wtf XD
Also I have to add that I did a Fender account on their website 15 mins ago using my google account (same as P)
Dunno if that was a factor too but just so you know.

UPDATE 2 (1 hour later)

unfortunately it keeps asking my credentials anytime I open Studio One

Also I tried to send a support ticket for the HD8 and got the usual error (open a ticket via the Presonus website) but once there login didn't work anymore

Hope it gets sorted soon.
