Here's a few tips and tricks going through some ATOM features.

Hey this is great -- thank you! I have the atom and atom sq. The SQ I've found nice for lead lines (especially if I put it in scale mode). But since I mainly use keyboard shortcuts -- both devices have become desk ornaments and I'd like to change that... I do use some of the transport features... extra long USB cable to extends the atom to my edrums -- that's been a nice way to use transport controls when I'm away from my desk. But I know there is so much more to these than what I've been using them for!

Hope it's OK to bump this thread (and apologies if not): I'm new to Studio Pro/One* and have picked up an ATOM SQ to pair with it. I have had a search here and elsewhere, including the SQ user manual, and I can't find out if there is a way to reorganise mappings for VSTs and the like; the 'auto fill' option is great in terms of pulling everything in, but the results seem a bit unwieldy. For, say, the VProm VST (a Linn Drum emulation), I would like to have all my volumes on page 1/2, tuning on 3/4 and so on - I think the autofill seems to place them in alphabetical order.

Given the S1 seems to trumpet its 'drag/drop' workflow, I was expecting/hoping that would apply to these kinds of mapping data too, so I can pull/swap mappings from one controller or page to another (and reorder the pages themselves), but I can't find a way.

If someone can let me know if there's a way to do this, please shout!

*(I'm a Fender Tone Master Pro user and was attracted by the native interaction between the hardware and the DAW - and in my experiments so far with recording guitar, it's worked nicely).

It's a rather simple operation once you know it. You'll have to do it only once per plugin... See this video for a step by step guide

Found through the amazing S1 Toolbox website

Ah, thanks for this - and the Toolbox link which I've bookmarked! - but what I'm wanting to do is to simply reorganise existing mappings (whether they're ones I've done, or have been autofilled/mapped). Swap Knob 1 and 4, say.

There's another window, not shown in that video, which has a graphic of the SQ Knobs on each of (10?) pages, and lists the current mapping below each one. I can't find a way to drag those around to re-order them. I'm sure I read something somewhere about being able to do that (without having to remap each control from scratch), but maybe I'm imagining it.
