Hello, I am new to this DAW. When I sample a loop it is nice and clear but when I drag it in the arrangement there is a clicking all the way through when played back any ideas on how to fix this

Hi Ed - Welcome! Are you using the free Fender Studio app, or Fender Studio Pro (or a version of Presonus Studio One)? If it's a Pro version, you should enter your question in the right forum so it will be noticed - but when you do I recommend you provide some more information (a signature so responders know what system you are using, and ideally a screen shot or video clip showing the problem). FWIW - I don't personally use the free Fender Studio and don't know its capabilities, so if you're in the right place, hopefully someone else will come along to help you out.
