Believe me, I’m no expert in midi. But for your reference, I’m connecting an SK1 73 via midi out to a 2i2 focusrite audio interface (the red ones a lot of people use), and then I connect my 2019 MacBook Pro to the focusrite. I’m able to then use my SK1 to control Logic Pro (at least to a basic extent), like using all the sounds from Logic on my SK1, able to record, etc.Did you just hook it up and it worked or dif you have to go into the menu and change settings?? Can you yell us what settings you used ?
Why is it asking me to accept 3rd party cookies… isn’t there just a youtube link??What is your actual question? Connecting a USB MIDI input device should be as easy as connecting the device and adding a Keyboard for it in Studio One's External Devices window.
