What version of Moises do we get as a free trial

I have got a slight situation here. I have got two tracks. One is sax and the other is trumpet. Both recorded at once but mainly separate. There is an old drum part very quietly spilling onto both those tracks. Not bad but there. I am doing new drum parts.

I tried using Moises to separate the sax out from the drums and it did a fantastic job. Sax is there but no drums what so ever. But on the trumpet track, Moises kills the drums OK but also the trumpet and it separates the sax out again leaving no trumpet. (I am selecting Wind in the separation options) So its not smart enough to know to keep the trumpet and kill everything else.

Are we on the prime version as a trial. Maybe I need to upgrade to a higher level so it can do this. Or maybe it just cant do it for some reason. Trumpet is quite a different sound and an octave higher also. Sax is very quiet on the trumpet track also. And yet it kills the trumpet and pulls the sax out beautifully. But the sax tracks do that anyway.

Option is also to re record the trumpet parts.

Update looks like we are on the Pro version for the free trial. So maybe its just not smart enough to separate out the trumpet part. Can you specify what the 'Other' option is going to be eg tell it separate out a trumpet part.

How do you ask the Moises people a question. Does not seem obvious or even possible to me.

Further Update

Did a test with LALAL.AI and it separated the trumpet out perfectly so it is obviously superior.

That takes me to a screen that wants me to confirm my email address. Which I think it already knows. Even if I click on the link to send me a confirmation email, that never arrives so I am stuck on that screen and cannot get any further. I am logged in to my accounbt by the looks but when I click on support it takes me to that screen again so its sort of stuck in a loop.

My Moises trial expires tomorrow. I might just stick with LALAL.AI anyway and just get a months sub when I need to do some stem separation which is not very often.
 
Yes, you need to be logged into your account with them to get support. Click your avatar and click 'Get Support'.

Yes I get that and when I click on that as I said above, I get transferred to a screen that wants me to confirm my email address. No support. It wants me send to a link to my email address but when I click that, the link never arrives. I am stuck on that screen. So I cannot contact them at all to tell them what is going wrong.

They are useless. How do you get a message to them to tell them you cant get any support? I have found another email to contact them so see what happens. Still not impressed though. Besides it could not separate a simple trumpet out from a quiet spill drum track. But Lalal.Ai managed to do it perfectly.
