What is the correct support address? every ticket I create tells me to go to the support portal which I believe I'm on?

Just saw a thread on Reddit indicating that Presonus is having account and back end server issues right now.This were I started 48hrs ago. Crazy!

Just spoke with Presonus (unable to create support case) They attempted to log in as me and received the same error, I am waiting for an email from them so I can submit my case.
Apparently this is a sporadic issue. wow!!
I have the same problem since 8.02 where do i find the "Reset Plug-in Settings" ? I only see Reset blocklistOpen up the Plugin Manager and click on "Reset Plug-in Settings". It will prompt you to restart Studio One, click Yes and wait for the plugin data to rebuild.
