Solved VST 3rd party Plugins (Toontrack & Melodyne) are missing after update.

What is the correct support address? every ticket I create tells me to go to the support portal which I believe I'm on?

If you are not logged in - you will never get a ticket started. Works perfectly for me here.

Just saw a thread on Reddit indicating that Presonus is having account and back end server issues right now.

Probably directly related to your issue. Will need to wait until this is resolved.

I've seen reports that account and activation issues are working again so give it a try now.
Also, I notice you listed "Android" as the OS in the ticket you're trying to submit.
What OS are you running?
 
Support is still down. Maybe I'll do some yardwork ;-)

Just spoke with Presonus (unable to create support case) They attempted to log in as me and received the same error, I am waiting for an email from them so I can submit my case.
Apparently this is a sporadic issue. wow!!

Hello Friends,
Resolution!! After speaking with customer service, the issue of being locked out of support is a sporadic issue. All is well connecting with support after they addressed my connectivity issue. VST issues resolved by deleting the S1 folder and reinstalling thru my S1 portal.
