Not able to login into presonus account

Hi,

I have recently subscribe to presonus , and able to install studioone 7 and working till today morning fine, but suddenly i am not able to login into presonus website , it says it should link to fender one time sign in account , when i enter my credentials it is saying "user does not exist" , what do now
 
Me too - I can't login into my Presonus account today - apparently the password policy changed - now needs an Upper Case character init. Yet it won't even let me reset my password as it says it doesnt recognise my user id ( email ) when I try "forgot password" option in order to change my password.

this is infuriating. I paid my subscription yet now it locks me out so I couldn't even cancel it if I wanted to!

in my case, it is accepting my password but it redirecting to fender - presonus screen to enter password again , when i enter it says " user does not exist " , so confusing dont know how to connect with customer support , 2 weeks back only I took my subscription :(,

We're unifying your Fender and PreSonus accounts!

To connect your accounts, simply log in with your Fender password (or 3rd-party login method).

Nothing else is changing — you’ll still enjoy full access to all your PreSonus products and experiences.

From now on, you'll just use a single password to log in.
 
I'm seeing the same issue here - I can't login or open Studio One.
Is there anyway you, great and honorable
Lukas, can relay to us an expected timeline for being able to get into our accounts. I am under the gun and I am starting to panic a bit.
 
I got the Fender merge message as well. I did manage to find my Fender password (hooray for password managers) and am able to acces all myPreSonus functions. Login remains a two step process for me:
1. Login with the original my PreSonus account credentials
2. Supply the Fender login credentials in the Fender merge message pop-up.
Login takes me back to the my PreSonus login, but autoloads on into myPreSonus after a few seconds of waiting.
No matter how often I've entered my Fender credentials, I still have to do both steps.

Hope this helps any of you to access your accounts...

I re-register the account on mypresonus.com instead of logging in with the same email address and a new password.
It works, my products are listed

Not really. Personally, I would expect issues like this to be resolved within minutes - or ideally, to be caught during testing before users ever encounter them.

In the meantime, here's one thing you could try: Create a Fender account using the same credentials (email and password) you use for Studio One/PreSonus. I've heard this might work as a temporary workaround until the issue is fully resolved.
 
I also can't login, because it says my existing password does not meet their new password rules.
How did they not consider that scenario when they made the change???
Every other site in the universe lets you login with your existing password then lets you to change it.
 
It seems that if you have no Fender account at all, it works instantly, at least now. A friend just did that. If you have issues and you need to work now, the way around is to register another email address at Fender to use as your new presonus log-in. But note that you cannot change the email address afterwards. But that works. I did have a Fender sign in for Fender Studio with my Google sign in with the same address as my presonus address, but that does not work, it gives an error message and it is not possible to re-register that address at Fender.

i have registered my producted already with my gmail id, how can we re - register with different mail id and get my products there , please guide me , step by step
 
Don't do that. You can use any address at Fender to create a new account, but realize that email address will be your new presonus log-in address.
Alternatively, you most likely have signed up at Fender using Google as well, so in the link page, try using Google sign in as well. However, that still seems broken. So maybe wait a bit as they seem to work on fixing this now.
 
I just managed to get in by creating a new account at Fender with the same email address as the Presonus account but with a new password that meets their rules. Then I logged in to MyPreosnus with that new password. That took me to a page that prompted for my original Presonus password then it let me into MyPresonus. There was an odd message about authentication but it let me in anyway and I can now log in and out of MyPresonus or Fender with the same credentials using the new password.

The only problem is that I already had a Fender account with a different email address so my Fender stuff remains registered under that one. No biggie for me.
 
Hi, I'm going crazy trying to access my Presonus account. I haven't been able to log in for four days. It keeps telling me I've entered my Presonus password, but it's different from my Fender password. I've tried everything and I still can't get in. Is there another problem with Presonus?

Last week I logged in without any problem to register my new interface.

Please help!
 
No login issues here... Did you try the 'Forgot Password' link below the login form?
 
I am under the gun and I am starting to panic a bit.
Maybe for my own understanding, why is it you are under the gun for having to sign in. Is it (I suspect) a Studio One + thing?, or via client, or access? Wouldn't you keep to a perpetual backup if its business related. Short answer is best, but again it helps me understand the product, and understand good people such as yourself.
Sorry you guys are bogged down.
Wouldn't a perpetual choice be the best choice?
For those like Lukas, Trucky, and simply those who prefer the subscription, I get the need. However, for those running a business, or gigging live shows, perhaps have the subscription plus a perpetual as a backup would be most reliable? Just thinking aloud. For clarity, Im soley perp and all is good.
 
Having Perpetual isn't a fix here - something odd still going on with this license authentication - my Mac install is and has been fine all along - my Win11 install asks for authentication everytime I launch it. No idea why, but something isn't right. It's the same Perpetual license, just 2 difference activations. Luckily I almost never use the Win11 one, but the fact remains, Presonus made a mess of this and Perpetual is definitely calling home....

Doesn't sound good. Im using Window 10 for the unforseen future. I'll no doubt upgrade at some point. Win 11 sort of reminds me of a Vista. Really quirky and overlaiden with some new skin like look. Not very thrilled on these upcoming changes.
Hope this gets sorted.

Wy Win11 install isn't acting up at all, runs super stable ever since it was installed.

@dominicperry Did you try the steps in this support document? https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-...ssage-stating-that-Studio-One-Pro-has-expired It might solve the authorization issue.
