My Toolbar

I've always consolidated many handy functions into a static toolbar. The main purpose for doing that was to have my most often used functions always available without having to use modal dialogs, which I'm not fond of.

It was previously called "MIDI Toolbar", but I've redesigned it recently and decided to share it. For lack of a better name, it's now simply called My Toolbar.

Sections:

• Functions Menu: Various functions that are self explanatory.
• Replace track names: That and additional methods: ## for stripping numbers, pre(x) for stripping the first x characters from track names.
• Add Controller: Add a new CC envelope to a music event. (Thanks to Lukas for sharing that code with me)
• Note Pitch & Length: Menus for changing note pitch and length
• Select Notes by Length: Using a reference note. The same as the previously shared stand alone script.
• Smart Legato: Create legato overlaps across an entire event ignoring gaps outside of the exclusion range.
• Mixer: Various useful mixer functions that are self explanatory.

If you have questions about the toolbar functions, or find any bugs, or if you have any suggestions on how to improve it, please let me know.

Requirements: Studio Pro 8 and above. It will not load on any version of Studio One.
Installation: Put the package file in the application \Scripts folder and restart Studio Pro.

Is it easy to make a script that implements a kind of Replika of the "Delay Time Calculator" from "Liqube Studio Tools" with all it`s functions into FSP8? I hate it to jump from fullscreen mode back into normal view cause i really love this tool and use it because it`s the maybe most helpful tool i ever used. How much of Coding knowledge is needed?

That wouldn't be very difficult at all for anyone familar with the scripting interface in Studio Pro.

Mine has some useful macros and toolbar menus with many options - the toolbar in Studio Pro is very adaptable to all needs and would help to phase out large templates in some cases if you have your Track and Channel Presets just selectable from the toolbar dropdown menu.

Well spotted - you have no doubt noted the London Bus which is a macro that creates - you've guessed it - a bus!

The ability to put pictures on is a real help.

The Add Track menu button is a long menu of my most used Track Presets - Track Presets in themselves are brilliant - so linking them to a Toolbar menu is even better and they create a track with the Preset on them.

The Midi buttons are purely to aid Midi editing as I can't stand dragging Midi in Studio Pro as it seems to end up (despite Snap) in the wrong place - so I can do 1 note up or down, or an octave.

Add To Channel is primarily for adding different FX to a track that is already there, and has some default Instrument favourites also that can be added.

All this is stuff you can experiment with yourself to find what you use most - feel free to copy what I have done.

Track Names and Arranger Block names is just my lazy way so I don't have to type Guitar umpteen times, or Chorus etc.

I don't know if letting people download it would be helpful as it is all macro driven - I don't know if the macros would come with it (anyone know?).
