Mustang Native and Rumble Native quit working after the 8.1.0.112630 update

Very random action causes the plugins to be unusable! For example, If I click on save, the screen showing the amp goes black and I can only scroll through existing patches using the arrows at the top. When I select one, the amp and any other blocks do not show up.
The number of things the app does incorrectly are simply too numerous to mention.
I have reinstalled Fender Studio Pro twice in order to solve the issue, but to no avail.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I haven't ever used either I'm afraid but just tested them - and I have had the same result as you. This is a major bug with these plugins. Can you raise the Support Ticket?

I have moved completely over to the Bogren amp plugins which are superb and simple to use. Hence I did not discover this issue with the Fender amp plugins. Major issue.

My time is limited for the rest of the day and first half of tomorrow, but I'll try to contact support later tomorrow. I did notice this in the Fender\ Studio Pro 8\Extensions\ mustangmodels folder in the metainfo.xml file:
"
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: file:///C:/Program%20Files/Fender/Studio%20Pro%208/Extensions/mustangmodels/metainfo.xml
Line Number 6, Column 2:
<Attribute id="PackageDescription" value="Fender® Mustang™ and Rumble™ amp and effects models"/>

Okay - I have opened a ticket and used your text for it - but it would help if you also raise one and add the error report.

I added a ticket this morning and included the Parsing Error statement.
I'm not sure if it is related, but it surely seems to be.

By the way, Gary, Thanks for letting me know that it wasn't just me.
It gave me the freedom to quit chasing my tail!

Still no reply to my Support Ticket - raised many days ago.

Same here. No answer yet. Later today, I plan on commenting to all of the YouTube posts from Fender of Mustang and Rumble not working since the update. Perhaps that will increase attention.

Yes - it is the lack of response that is annoying - I am not expecting an immediate fix but an acknowledgement would be good to see it had been noted. Unless Fender have cut the support for this software.......

I have had a response from Support - I have responded with screenshots. You don't need to use that SAVE button as you would save the patch using the plugin menu bar in the usual place - but clearly this is an anomoly. The TUNER button does seem to work.

I also got a message from support this morning. The main part of the reply is this:
"We have been able to reproduce what you have reported to us and have passed this along to our QA Team for their investigation. Should this issue be addressed in a future build of Studio Pro, you will see it in the release notes for that build. "

I tried saving and loading presets using just the Preset menu functions as you mentioned and was able to get my own presets saved and loaded. It looks like I'll be able to use the plugin for now.

In my opinion, however, the interface for the Mustang and Rumble plugins are very poor in general.

Thanks for your help, Gary!
