Moises options not showing up

I have a perpetual license.I installed 8.1 then Moises.When I click on the Moises tab in my browser I get a blank brown screen.No options at all.

What's your current screen resolution? Are you running two monitors?

I am not near my computer right now to get the resolution but I am running 3 video monitors.

You should make a support ticket and be sure to include the resolution of the monitor where it's not showing up.

Fender support gave me the fix.Here is what they said and it worked perfectly........."
For now, please go to Studio Pro Options and on the General Tab, uncheck the option for Enable High-DPI mode".
