Mixer Channels Appearing on Track Screen

Accidentally found a quick, easy way to get mixer audio buss channels to appear on the track editing screen: simply add one piece of automation. One mute off/on/off automation roll, for example.

I honestly did not know this. (Would have posted in the Tips and Tricks sub-forum, but, er, insufficient privileges)

Yes, because this create an automation track for the bus :-)

It's something Studio One wasn't really designed to do, but it works with the workaround you've pointed out.

There's also an option that does this automatically whenever you create a new bus (channel) which Gregor shows in this video:

That's good stuff indeed. Only reason I pointed it out was because this 'bus visible on track view' was possible on the DAW I've used (and been trying to get away from) for decades, and seeing the automation nodes makes last minute tweaks extremely easy.

Us 'old dogs' have a hard time learning new tricks, even when they make perfect sense, ya know. Thanks...and FWIW the more I work with Studio Pro, the more I'm liking it
