Installation and Activation Issue

I bought Studio one 7 Pro, then I deleted Artist 6 and wanted to install 7 Pro, but damn, I cant find the download link of it, the download instructions are not the same in my menu, can anyone help me, I really dont know what to do.

You can open a support ticket from your user account, go to sleep, and with a bit of luck have a solution in the morning

PS. Meanwhile you can download the demo. It's the same installer and should allow you register your license before the 30 days run out.

Is the demo an sort of door to PRO version?

AFAIK it's Pro with an expiration date, which you can defeat by registering the software to your name. Any or all correct me when I'm wrong.

The demo is a (nearly) full featured version as far as I understood things.
Where did you buy v7? If online it should be coupled to the account you used when buying and thus be in the https://my.presonus.com/products/recording_software overview of your account.

Hi,

I bought yesterday Studio one 7 Pro, but I cant find the install file anywere to download.
It suppose to be on https://my.presonus.com , but when I look there and click on 'Products' I see the following page instead of were I can find the install.
