How to use both SoundID and Realphones for 2 separate final outputs?

The only reason I can think of is latency issues: In S1/SP you can have 'normal latency' full featured output on the main bus and at the same time low latency output on the cue mixes. That may either clash or use excessive processor capacity when the cue mixes also have to include the buses. But if so then they could have made it an option, right?: Normal latency full featured or low latency excluding buses. And FX should feature either way.
I think "option" is the best way to introduce most changes

Still obsessing on this... So, if you wanted to create a cuemix that had compression and reverb to make it sound a good as possible, there is no elegant/efficient way to do that using the built-in cuemix function, correct? Unless you did it only using tracks, in the place of busses and FX channels? Would there be a downside to doing it this way performance-wise, compared to using busses and FX channels?

OK! Back to the manual, this might be something:

It seems if you select «use external device for cuemix», and then select the «Cue mix mute follows channel» option in the preferences, I now get cuemix sends on my FX channel! Yes!...;-). You have to manually enable the outputs you want, but then it seems like it should work! I will test this tomorrow when I can get to my studio machine. This feels positive!

Cue Mix with FX Routing.jpg

This is how I was finally able to get a cue mix that can have FX (Reverb and Parallel comp in this example), all going through Realphones headphone correction, to a separate output to my headphone amp («HP_Cue Buss» is set to out 15-16 on my interface). Note that the listen buss has my SoundID to correct my studio monitors (Main Out 1-2). All run at the same time!

Also, if you add an FX channel. and it is set to Master out (default when initiated) you will see the cue mix option on the track, but you cannot enable it. However, once you set the outputs of that newly added FX track to the FX channel acting as the cuemix buss, you can then enable it and it works. You just add sends to any track you want to feed the reverb, compression, etc. tracks you need. See the attached photo for reference.

Hopefully this helps others.
