Fender Studio Pro 8 Reg Issue

I’ve just purchased studio

Fender Studio Pro 8​

from gear for music! When I enter the seriel number for the software I get this following error.
I’ve been a pre Sonus owner since 2020, but then realised I need to sign up to Fender Pre Sonus account - I manage to do this. I’m running the software on a 2024 Mac book air M3 -
If anyone can help me get this sorted today I’d be very very happy!
