I'm getting one of these next week:
litejam.com
It's a bit of a gimmick but hey ho.
Now this guitar has LEDs and I've heard horror stories that these LEDs make the output noisy. Not only that I live next to a railway track that gives bad EMF.
I have a Quantum 2626, of course the guitar goes into the first couple of inputs (I'll use virtual amps). My question is will buying a DI box help me keep noise lower or is it strictly unnecessary?
Are there any magic boxes that I can put in that will help? Recommendations?
I do have Beringer HD400 hum eliminators which work well with noisy USB instruments, it also stops RF noise from the 2626's output to my Yamaha monitors. No use for guitars though I would assume.
Thanks.
