Solved Can't get any guitar output on Fender Studio

I know I must be missing something obvious, but for the life of me, I can't get my guitar to be heard in Studio on my Mac.
The backing tracks work, and the audio interface - Presonus Studio 26c - is set up correctly for input and output, I think!
Works perfectly in anything else, e.g. Studio One and Logic.
Anyone else have this issue? If not, anyone guess at what I am missing?

Thanks for the suggestion, but, yes, it has access.
Very annoyingly weird!

I don't have a Mac but recording guitar, vocals etc. works for me using the Windows version of Fender Studio.
Can you post a screenshot of your Fender Studio "Audio Setup" settings?

Here's an example of my settings using the PreSonus Revelator io44 audio interface:

Thanks. here is the setup. I'm sure this is OK as the backing tracks in 'Jam' work OK, and recording works in 'Record', but there is absolutely no sound from the guitar at all.

It's OK, I've worked it out. I hadn't noticed the (very small on a 4K screen) 'monitor' button.
Now, all is good!
Thanks for your help.
