Can someone please help me get up and running 🙏🏻

Hello all. I’ve been trying to use Fender Studio with a Focusrite iTrack Solo interface, and I can’t for the life of me get any signal through to the app. The interface is lighting up when used and seems to be working correctly. When I go to audio setup in the app, Fender Studio recognises the interface as the input device. But when I go to record, there’s no guitar audio or sound bars to indicate anything is being recorded.

I’ve tried every setting combination I can think of (and I don’t know what half of them do). I’m sure I’m missing something glaringly obvious. Any advice would be much appreciated.

One typical oversight is not arming the track for record and setting the monitor to on "Blue button". Then, and only then selecting the large record (red dot) button. I only own Fender guitars, and dont have the Fender Studio. So I thInk I'm reaching a bit out of the norm. Surely there must be a startup video that would get you going. No?

Are you hearing the monitor mix? Getting any sound at all?
