Oh sorry, I didn’t think anyone could still be on 3. But I think the general underlying problem is of another sort and one should be able to solve it by knowing all variables. Even if you export an AAF, which would ensure the audio parts are correctly positioned etc., it could be LUNA is having a different gain staging going on. I have a suggestion: there is a free test version of LUNA, download that and go through the export/import process like your producer would - you will probably find the problem.
