Atom SQ / MIDI Clock

On Atom SQ running in native mode with Fender Pro (new project), on Atom SQ, press setup button.

Top right you will see "Clock", maybe set to 120BPM.

What does this do in Fender Pro please (where is this reflected in user interface of the application).
It's certainly not tempo and I don't see it's anything to do with MIDI clock. SQ manual isn't helping.

Many thanks!

By "native mode" you mean with the PreSonus symbol in Blue on the ATOM SQ when connected to FSP, yes? For me, the Setup > Clock on the ATOM shows "External" when playing a Studio Pro project and reverts to showing the actual set tempo of the project when stopped. And changing it on the ATOM is superfluous as it is locked to the external (FSP's) clock.
Is that not what you expect?

Yup symbol in blue - thanks.

Yes you are right, it shows "external" when playing.
Most of the time (not all) it shows 1 BPM less than the actual song (e.g. if the song is 120BPM it shows 119 BPM).
If I change the song tempo whilst playing sometimes it doesn't update the value after I stop the playback.

I was expecting that as soon as I change the BPM within Fender Pro itself, it would immediately change in the SQ.
So I'm wondering where this value actually comes from if it doesn't update immediately, and often doesn't give exact results. It's like there is a sync thing going on here (although nothing is being sync'd).
