VST3 Issues

So I have used S1 since it was introduced. I am not a professional-this is a hobby and I'm technical enough to be dangerous at best... I do build my own computers and have been messing with all this stuff for 20 years but I cannot figure out why certain VST3 programs do not work. At some point through all the updates it decided not to check the VST3 files. Yes I have contacted tech support at Presonus multiple times with really not much help as it still does not work. So basically I could not find EZ Bass and after getting to the plugin list I realized it sees the file however it will not check the little circle next to it to activate on startup, so yes manually I can do this everytime. I noticed today though that all the VST3 programs are unchecked ? They clearly show up when you bring up the plugin manager and you cannot change the file location on install. I have spent some time with tech support on selecting these, resetting block list, etc... Nothing has worked - it resets these on startup everytime. I can go to the plugin section and manually select these and it will work so it isn't the end of the world but it is kind of a PITA - the file for VST3 is clearly selected for scan and it sees the file it just does not allow it to work unless you manually select them. In any case if anyone has suggestions I would be grateful, could be operator error on my part but if so I think tech support would have been able to handle it. Windows 11, 32GB ram, 4070GPU, I710700K ,Presonus Quantum HD2, 3 TB SSD for music on C: drive . 2 TB dedicated drive for everything else.

Would need to see a screencap of Plugin Manager AND your Studio One->Options->Locations->VSTPlugin paths screen - to be able to determine what is going on.

VST3 is good to go here and always has been.

If you can pop a screencap or two - showing exactly what you see and where - pretty sure we can assist.
