Solved Volume Automation Troubles

Just upgraded to 8.2, made a bass recording, applied volume automation and all is well.

I then activated the Dim Solo on that track and that worked as expected. I deactivated Dim Solo and I now observe that my volume automation does not function on that track. I can adjust the volume of that track in the console but all volume automation is ignored.

So for grins I applied volume automation to another track and that works as expected. I then shut down FSP, launched it again and vol auto still does not work. Somehow it is latched “off” and I can't figure out how to latch it back "on".

Any ideas?

I know this sounds obvious but have you got the mixer track set to READ the automation. Maybe its slipped out of that mode. Its easy to miss.

I believe it's set to READ unless there are more than one (buried) settings for that. See Screenshot.

Just solved it. The "power" button on that track was off, even though I had to toggle it several times for it to toggle on.
