V8 channel overview

I've been getting to know the new Channel Overview feature, so far pretty good. Is it possible to map some plugin parameters to the macro buttons and have those buttons displayed on the Channel Overview? I'm just comparing 2 compressors on a drum bus and would find it much easier to A/B between the 2 by hitting the Macro button that flips the on off state of the compressors

It would be very useful if the Channel Overview had the Macro controls available and be able to configure them in the new Channel Overview.
At the moment you have to open another window and then select the Macro Control to get to the Macro Control settings window.

My take...
A push out/push back, window at the left of the Channel Overview would be very useful and quick to use for jobs like the above question is asking.

Regards as always.

That sounds like an efficient approach. Here's hoping we see improvements in the life cycle

Yeah,
There's a lot of space for SP to grow into, it's how well it fits the development process and any road map they are working through.

As an option I've been eyeing up is the the "BlueCat Remote Control" for (Knobs and Buttons) macro control. But there are very few reviews and from what I have read it can be a bit of a faff about setting up. However on the surface it looks to be be very versatile and on the other hand it could be just another glitch in the system. One day I might get round to running the Demo BlueCat offer. ⏳

Here's hoping.

Kindest regards
