Troubles with Studio One remote

Hello, I tried to connect studio one remote and studio one 7.2.3 , made all necessary conditions (the same WI-FI , reloadings and reinstallings and so on) but without success. Always see the same window-message (see picture) . Data of my equipments: Studio one &.2.3 Mac OS (ventura 13.7.1) and Ipad Air 5 gen
Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.

Do you have {Remote Control Support] enabled in Options>Advanced>Services ?

Yes, it's "enable". Otherwise studio one remote app couldn't see my DAW. But the app "sees" my DAW.
