Tonalics without a subscription?

If I upgrade from Studio One Pro v5 to Fender Studio Pro 8 by paying a one-off fee for a perpetual licence, do I get a basic version of Tonalics (Tonalics Essentials?) without having to pay Celemony a subscription? If it makes any difference I already own the top version of Melodyne.

You get Tonalics Elements for free as an upper-tier Melodyne owner anyway. I received the relevant email yesterday (I have Melodyne Editor).
