Hey everyone,
this is one of my recent tracks “To Alive”, fully produced in Studio One.
All instruments are programmed on instrument tracks using a combination of built-in and third-party virtual instruments and plugins.
It’s part of my FX5 project with a virtual band setup, combining modern rock elements with synthesized vocals and live-style arrangements.
The video is created with AI: Flux1.D / WAN 2.2 / DaVinci Resolve - all locally.

Happy to hear your thoughts on the mix and overall balance.

...and this is one of the (many) reasons I'd rather go to this forum than Spotify :) Something different but recognizable. The synthesized vocals fit with the industrial prog-adjacent vibe. The only thing I'd change with the mix is give a little more space for the drums, which could also let the arrangement breathe a little more. EQing the instrumental non-lead parts would probably open up enough space without diminishing the parts you EQed. Good job that makes me curious to see how the project evolves.

Not my normal bag at all, but I really enjoyed that. The AI video was kinda cute - I like that it wasn't pretending to be anything other than AI. I'll defer to Craig on the technical aspects, but I'd like to hear more.

Nicely done!
