The Fender elves appear to be working (a guess)

At least from viewing the lack of news feeds and that last mishap Gregor put up (still not corrected) sort of indicates that the crew are involved on the development front or support. How else can one explain the lack of activity going on this last month?

Anyway, just adding some thought provoking commentary.

Lets keep thoughts positive, and maybe slip in what you'd want to see in Fender Studio Pro 8.5?, 9.0? , whatever?

Let's have fun with this. Criticism acceptable as pro pessimistic, or kudos where applicable. We can largely agree there needs to be a genuine effort towards picking up the pieces. Hoping they stop with the "fluff" is all I'll say to get the conversation rolling.

Honestly? I'd love to see the introduction/reintroduction of a hybrid hardware/software system developed for and integrated into the SP environment.

McDSP and Softube have some really great things (albeit expensive) things that work on any platform, but if Fender were to make available and market something similar made exclusively for SP users...man, even nobodies like me would be all over that. Add interactive fader banks, which are already available, and the average Joe would/could then be competing with (sound wise) the best shops in the country.

(And don't restrict it to subscription only folks...some of us absolutely HATE that model)

Lack of activity?

Did you guys not see that v8.2.0 was released today?
