- Instruments
- All VSTi. Guitars are Shreddage 3.5 Jupiter and Stratus. Bass is Waves Bass Fingers. Drums are SSD 5.5. Keys are various NI as well as Zenology. Vocals are Synth V 2.0. Lead vocals HXVOX with BGVs by Liam and Archie.
- Effects
- Used ProEQ2 on most channels, CLA Guitars and Guitar Rig, CLA Bass, CLA Vocals, various instances of Neutron, etc.
- Special techniques
- Used Ozone 11 Advanced on mastering. I spent a VERY long time on this song. From concept to release was almost a month of working on it almost every day. I really wanted to give it that 80s vibe by mixing the guitars wider, putting a gated reverb on the drums, and even the song writing process itself. You'll hear hints of Def Leppard, GnR, and many other 80s favorites in here.

This is my latest song. My first official release done entirely in Studio Pro 8. (My previous song was mastered in Studio Pro 8, but started in Studio One 7)
Anyway, “Deaf Lepers” is a wild, joyful, and deeply hopeful rock‑parable about imperfect people discovering unexpected purpose. Through outrageous humor—like musicians losing limbs mid‑solo yet refusing to quit—the song celebrates the idea that brokenness doesn’t disqualify anyone from shining. In the middle of a desert stage lit by neon courage and divine spark, these unlikely heroes remind us that you don’t need perfect senses, perfect bodies, or perfect lives to make something beautiful. Grace, grit, and love are enough. At its core, the song is an anthem for anyone who has ever felt unworthy or “too damaged,” declaring that God can turn even the most unlikely band into a holy, world‑shaking performance.
