Support problem

hi, i tried to open a ticket for a problem with studio one pro 7 but the support gives me an error message and tells me to try from the main portal.
When i try from the site portal it gives me the same error.
I logged in to my account correctly.
Can you tell me if there are any problems with support?

Seems perfectly fine if you start from your MyPresonus Account here:

Studio One Pro+

my.presonus.com

and then click "+" and you should see this...

My Intel at support tells me some accounts may have this problem - if you PM me your email connected to your account I can forward it so they cancan fix it.
