StudioLive SE 16 firmware 3.4.0.111374 installed via Universal Control - looking for release notes or status info

Hi everyone, this is the second time I post this lol but here goes.

I’m looking for any information about firmware version 3.4.0.111374 for the StudioLive SE 16.

My mixer was updated to this version through the normal Universal Control firmware update workflow. I am not in the beta program, did not manually download or sideload any firmware, and my Universal Control release channel is set to Public Release.

After the update, the mixer and Universal Control reported: StudioLive SE 16 firmware: 3.4.0.111374

However, the public PreSonus support/downloads page appears to list 3.3.0.109659 as the latest public firmware, and I have not been able to find any release notes or changelog for 3.4.0.111374.

PreSonus support confirmed to me that 3.4.0 is not currently public, but they did not have further information about the changes, fixes, or improvements included in that version. They also provided rollback instructions if I want to return to the public 3.3.0 firmware.

So far, my experience with 3.4.0.111374 has been positive. The console appears to boot faster, layer navigation feels more responsive, and I used it during a live concert without any noticeable issues.

I’m trying to understand:

1. Has anyone else with a StudioLive SE 16/24/32 been offered 3.4.0.111374 through Universal Control?
2. Does anyone know whether this was a staged release, accidental rollout, beta firmware, or withdrawn update?
3. Are there any known issues with 3.4.0.111374?
4. Are release notes or a changelog available anywhere?
5. For users who received it through Universal Control, is it safer to stay on 3.4.0.111374 or roll back to 3.3.0.109659?

I’m not looking to distribute the firmware file. I’m only trying to clarify the status of the version that Universal Control installed and whether there is any public or community knowledge about it.
