My specs are not required for this post.
So one issue I've always had with this DAW is drawing MIDI notes with the mouse, but any time you draw a note, it plays a very short burst of the note, like half of a second.. Any other DAW this will play sustained as long as you have it held down. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a script to fix this? I've thought about possible scripts for autohotkey for it to register hitting the actual keys on the left while you click in MIDI notes, but that is difficult to do. Has anyone found a solution to this? Yes I'm very well aware this is not an issue at all when using an actual MIDI keyboard, but I also spend a lot of time arranging it with just my mouse.
