Studio Pro 8 Not Recognizing Avid Dock and S1's

OS:Windows 11 Fender Studio Pro 8 Audio Interface: Focusrite Clarrit Hardware: Avid Dock and two Avid S1
I have been using Studio One for year in my home studio for sessions and releases. I installed Fender Studio Pro 8 on the Studio computer at my writing partners studio. We were using Pro Tools 10 Pro on it and we are moving to Studio One. We cannot get Studio pro to recognize the Avid dock or S1's. Two days we've been working on this. Suggestions??

Studio One/Studio Pro doesn't have Eucon support so you have to run Mackie / MCU mode on via the Eucon settings, I believe. Then add as a MCU device in Studio One/Pro - Is this what you're doing?

It's quite basic versus native Eucon.
