On the topic of Double Precision Processing:
If you'd agree, that 16 Bit audio processing precision is superior to 8 Bit, then why would you not think, that 64 Bit is superior to 32 Bit?
Despite the fact, that my productions and mixes usually suffer from far greater problems than Processing-Bit-Depth, I'd still rather have double precision turned on, as the degregation of audio quality per digital signal process (which includes even just a gain change) is supposedly further minimized.
And I kinda don't get the undertone argument, that if I do not use a feature, or think it is unneccessary, that it is ok, if it does not work or crashes the app... because ist's the other people's own fault for even thinking about wanting to use this feature.
