Studio Pro 8 - change default VSTi for Extract Drums

Does anyone here know if there is a way to change default VSTi that is launched when the extract drums dialog creates an instrument track? The current default is Impact. I have looked through the online manual and did several searches and haven't been able to find any info on it.

Just add the instrument of your choice and drag the audio onto this track. Or - if you want it even faster, you can create a macro with this command:

- Add Instrument and Track (choose the instrument you want)

Then add a shortcut for this macro. Now you only need to press this shortcut and drag the audio onto the new track - done!

Here is the macro, you can use the attached file or create it yourself using the commands provided below.

Place the macro file in your Studio Pro 'Macros' folder and edit the macro using the Macro Organizer. You can double-click the 'Track|Add Instrument and Track' command to select which plugin you want to load by default, or you can leave the macro as is and it'll prompt you to select whatever plugin you want each time.

EDIT: Forgot to note, select the clip you want to convert before running the macro.

Edit|Copy
Transport|Locate Selection
Track|Add Instrument and Track
Edit|Paste
