Splice Integration upload fails

Hi everyone,
maybe someone has an idea. I've tried the Splice upload feature to collect some ideas for a part. But I always get "there was an error uploading your audio". That's obviously not a very helpful error message.
I've tried different files and formats, of course I've tried to re-install the Splice integration extension. My internet is working, I have Splice credtis, I'm logged in, I can play sounds in the Splice browser and drag&drop Splice files into my session. And my S1 version is up to date and it worked a few months ago. I've even checked the splice log file but there is no error message.
Does any one have an idea or is this something for the support? :)
Thanks in advance for taking time.

Ah, my fault, Splice can't handle anything else than 4/4 time signatures. It was a 6/8. It would be nice if the limitations were visible in some kind of way.

Good job no one has ever written a pop song in anything other than 4/4...........unbelievable.
