Soundvariation block playable notes after Transpose (Bug?)

Hello fellow Studio Pro users,

I recently tried to change how CSS works a bit. I just do not like that some instruments (e.g. double basses) are played an octave lower than written. I am just use to see each note at its actual pitch.

So I am facing the following issue:
Transpose in Studio Pro

This does the trick for the pitch, however all pitches that are taken by a activition sequence of the sound variations are blocked now.

All notes Below C1 wont work, since Studio Pro expects a Sound Variation.

So I tried to transpose the notes within Kontakt. Intention: Maybe every signal is transposed. But same issue here. Pitches work, but Sound Variations block everything below C1.

Consequently I shifted all Sound Variations an octave down.

Now all pitches work, but sound variations don't, since they seem to stay untouched by the pitch transpose within Kontakt. (to be honest I do not understand why :D)

The only thing that helped was to set all key switches within the Kontakt instance per patch for every articulation...which was a pain. It also caused slight troubles, since it was not saved in the session so a new Patch had to be created for Kontakt 8.

Now it works, but I find this somehow a bug, since the key switches sequences should transpose their note blocks, too.

Has anyone else faced this issue or am I maybe overseeing something?

I have a solution now, but it seems very clunky

Best Regards

Fab
