Sound Variation Manager... Was I dreaming??

In my browsing, I had thought I found a piece of software (or site) that had a library of sound variation files for almost all the popular sample libraries out there...
-- I am aware that you can go to Presonus cloud and search for a file but I though I found a database... BUT I can't find it again; Was I dreaming??
Does anyone else know of this?

Mr. Sound Variations himself ( @Lukas ) created a tool that can convert Cubase and Cakewalk files to sound variations.

SUPER!! "Art Conductor" was what I was looking for BUT, I don't want to pay $99... So I guess I'll just do the long way...
