Some Mixer "wrench" options cannot be updated?

Anyone stumbled across this before?

Been working on a update to a template of mine - and I am turning things off and on as required.

Yesterday - when I clicked the "wrench" in the lower left of the mixer to pre-set my input controls etc - I see this:

A series of "-" in these checkboxes.

But try as I might - I cannot clear these at all. The "Sends/Cue Mix" can be cycled bewteen a checkmark and this "-" symbol - but the other two simply flash that "-" at me - anytime I try to check or uncheck.

What am I missing here? Bug?

the minus sign just means, there are several states right now. Especially for hardware inputs, these are only supported on specific tracks. Your template contains tracks in the mixer that support them and some that don't support them. That's also why you can't change the"-" states.

EDIT: Solved.

You were definitely on to something here.

I added a handful of (empty) MIDI tracks (5) to the template - suddenly the checkboxes seem to shake off that "-" sign and started working again.

Did some learning here today - but I believe that Fender needs to grey these boxes out completely if they cannot be made to do what the checkbox is intended to do - without any actual tracks being present.

Because I believe all buss types are capable of hiding/showing Input Controls and all busses can also hide/show I/O connections as well.

Having the UI suddenly jam up the works with these "-" signs - without any immediate explanation - like a quick popup (if a logical checkbox series does not make sense) - would be much better.
