If you’re asking about the subscription plan it is best you read what is on the website

What I see is with a monthly subscription you don’t receive a license if you stop paying. It would imply that the software will stop working.

You can upgrade to the annual plan anytime and that includes the perpetual license.

You would need to commit to a full year of updates first - once that is complete - your license is your to keep - free of charge.
