Question about FSP Startup

I contacted support. This is what they said.
Go to your C(Main) drive, and enable the view option to show hidden items. This will reveal the ProgramData Folder.
Open C > ProgramData > Fender> Studio Pro # and delete the user.license file.
Open C > ProgramData > Fender> Subscription and delete the subscription.license
