Solved Quantum ES2 Firmware update?

Hi, I have the ES2 and the firmware has been running on 1.82 for 45 minutes, is that normal? thanks

I have Universal Control v4.6.1.104762 and Windows 10 pro

What Window 10 Pro build (winver) are you running?

Have you tried plugging directly into another USB port on your computer or first doing a Factory Reset before updating firmware?

22H2 I have no other usb port than usb C only 1 connection.I did not do a factory reset before I immediately switched to firmware.
