Possible bug when use efficiency cores is active on mac m1 pro, studio one 7.2.2

So i have this weird bug that when use efficiency cores is active my performance meter will jump like crazy, all the daw gets slower and theres click pops, sometimes just by moving the mouse around almost unusable

But if i disable the use efficiency cores the performance returns and its fast, the meter drops and keeps rock steady.

Its this a known bug?

Im on sonoma latest ver. and Studio One 7 latest ver. macbook m1 pro

I have sent you a PM on this. There is a sweet spot I have found in terms of buffer settings and DP settings to make the efficiency cores work for you. Its a small improvement but I found it got me over the line with a very large session that was not playing well without them ticked and then playing fine with them checked. You cannot just check this option and expect them to work. You have to put some work in finding the sweet spot.
