Window size is remembered. Resize the plugin window and it stays that way — across reopens, new instances and sessions, even without saving the project. (Both width and height)

New Bypass button. A header toggle that silences BassMuse's output while it stays in the chain — a quick "mute" for the plugin, saved with your song.

Also: the "Update to Version x.x.x" button now sits neatly between Activate and Community.

What about the issue where the notes do not follow the chord progression? This happens whether in Song or Follow Midi mode.

Actually, can you within BassMuse save the bundle and send a link to it using the Report button in the plugin? That will help in debugging.

Also, if you are willing, send the .song file too (no need to send any media).

A quality update: BassMuse 1.13.2.

Lines stay in key. Busy styles could occasionally throw an out-of-key note that just didn't sit right. BassMuse now keeps every generated note in your song's key — chord tones always play (so a chord you chose still sounds, even an out-of-key one), and everything else lands on the nearest in-key tone. Set the Key, or leave it on Auto, and your lines stay clean.

Also fixed: sharp chords (like D#) now save and load correctly in songs and bundles.

A quick maintenance update: BassMuse 1.13.3.

If you have an older song that started playing a wrong chord — one chord seeming to override another — this update fixes it. A bug in earlier versions could leave a stray chord stacked on the same beat as another; BassMuse now keeps just the real chord, so those songs play correctly again (and re-saving cleans them up).

Nothing else changes — your songs, styles and settings carry over.

A quality update: BassMuse 1.13.4.

Chords now land solidly. Every chord change anchors on a chord tone (usually the root) instead of occasionally starting on a stray scale note — so your lines sit better. How tightly a style locks to the root is part of its character now, and turning up Complexity loosens it for more movement.

Out-of-key chords also stay tidier — the bass anchors on the chord's root and keeps the rest in your song's key.
