New PC - Lost product key

Hello - I have had to reinstall all of my hardware and software onto a new pc and do not have the product key. I have the Presonus Audio Box USB 96 and it came with Studio 4 software free, but I am required to enter a product key to continue loading the software. can you help? thanks, Andrea

Hiya and welcome,

If the product was originally registered there is a good chance it's still available.
log into your Presonus, now Fender account, the product key should be listed under your products in that account.
