Neutralize the "double click audio open editor" feature

Check and adjust mouse sensitivity settings.

Yes. It's like "can I deactivate Delete when I press the Delete key?". The Delete key is for deleting items. Double-click opens things. You can't deactivate it in Finder / Explorer either.
Ok thanks a lot !
Sorry if that question sounded stupid but this feature break my nerve lol

No - I hope my last post wasn't sounded dispectful. It was meant as an explanation. I just wanted to say that if you do a lot of double-clicks accidentally, then I would try to fix it by tweaking the mouse behavior (or trying another mouse).

Thanks for this delicatesse but no i took it as it was - precious and efficient help ! :)

use something like autohotkey to filter double clicks in studio one. you could also remap double clicks to middle mouse button or only make it work when you hold down another key. chatgpt is your friend writing a script for your desired behaviour.

This is either due to a too sensitive or even faulty mouse, or it's habitual. If it's the latter then give that up, which is easier said than done I'm afraid. Double-clicking is an integral part of Studio One's user interface so remapping the function on the mouse will do more harm than good.
