Need Help, FSP 8.1 won't run....

I just did the $99 upgrade. I have a fender account and can log in and have just downloaded 8.1. My computer is: 9950x, 64 GB DDR5, boot is PCIE SSD 4 TB, 1.8 TB clear, windows 11. 8.1 installs with no issue. Once I input my verification code from the Fender site, I get this popup, when I enter my information (I copy the serial number from the Fender site (have also copied the PW to make sure its correct). When I put in the correct information it says problem with password/email. Anyone knows how to fix this (I've put in a help request).

It seems like you have done all the right things. I hope you get a quick response from support. Since you mention this is an upgrade, I imagine you have had your Fender account for some time (as in not the past few hours). Is that correct?

I'm sorry, this must be really frustrating. I hope it is a server syncing delay and it is sorted quickly.

Yep, with images. So weird, since 2015 not a single issue.
